DECISION AND ORDER
REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.
Pursuant to orders entered on December 4, 1979 and January 15, 1981, all of the above-entitled actions except Gunka v. Johns-Manville Corporation, No. 82-C-891 (filed July 22, 1982), were consolidated for pretrial purposes. All of the above-entitled actions involve products liability claims against manufacturers of asbestos products. On January 9,1981, this Court, 504 F.Supp. 1210, denied various motions for summary judgment in the consolidated cases based on the plaintiffs’ failure to file suit within the time allowed by the statute of limitations.…
