Reversing.

In an action to. recover damages for personal injuries sustained, as she alleged, by the negligence of the appellant company, the appellee was awarded $3,000. A reversal is. asked upon 'Several grounds that will be noticed in the course of the opinion.

The appellee sustained the injuries complained of in a collision between a buggy in which she was riding and one of the cars of the appellant company, and the accident happened in this way. The appellee and her brother were driving toward Lexington in a buggy on the turnpike leading from Georgetown…
