SCHULTZ, Justice.

In this appeal, plaintiffs, vendees under a real estate contract (contract), seek rescission of the contract entered with defendants, vendors under the contract. Plaintiffs also seek damages arising from defendants’ alleged breach of the contract. Defendants, who forfeited the contract, counterclaim for damages arising from plain tiffs’ action to rescind the contract. The trial court rescinded the contract and awarded plaintiffs damages.
