Justice ROBINSON, for the Court.

The defendant, Ramon Virola, appeals to this Court from a “Judgment of Conviction and Commitment” 1 dated July 3, 2013, which was entered after a jury found him guilty of four criminal counts related to a murder committed during the course of an attempted robbery. On appeal, the defendant contends that the trial justice erred in denying his motion for a new trial and in admitting certain witness testimony.
