Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Smyk, J.), entered June 11, 1992 in Broome County, which, inter alia, partially granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.
From approximately July 1987 through February 1992, defendant received public assistance from the Broome County Department of Social Services (hereinafter DSS) on behalf of herself and her three children.
