This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ MOTION TO DISMISS AMENDED COMPLAINT (Docket No. 34). For the reasons set forth below, the Motion will be granted.
BACKGROUND
In this action, Ravi C. Manickavasagar (“Plaintiff’) complains that the decision to reject his application to medical school violated federal disability laws.
