Defendant Greg Norman was convicted of murdering his brother Rick.1 We find no merit to his five claims of error and affirm the judgment.

Facts and Background

Rick Norman and defendant were the oldest of five siblings. After their father died, defendant accused Rick of conspiring with their stepmother to steal the estate. Defendant eventually filed a will contest against his siblings and the stepmother.
