Appeal from a judgment of the district court entered November 10, 1961.

The judgment to be reviewed awards plaintiff $8,165 for accrued alimony, support payments, and attorney’s fees based on a divorce decree entered May 27, 1946, by the terms of which plaintiff was granted a divorce in default proceedings; given custody of the child of the parties bom April 1, 1939, with an allowance of $35 per month for its support; and granted $15 per month as alimony, together with attorney’s fees of $105.
