Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Harris, J.), entered October 26, 1995 in Albany County, which, inter alia, denied defendants’ motions to set aside the verdict, and (2) from a judgment of said court, entered November 27, 1995 in Albany County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiffs.
