(“Whitaker”) appeals from the district court’s judgment affirming the bankruptcy court’s grant of summary judgment for Benton & Brown, Inc., LS Decker, Inc., McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc., Oak Cliff Mirror & Glass, Inc., Overhead Door Company of Shreveport, Inc., Thompson Drywall & Interiors, Inc.
