1Opinion of the Court

Pekelis, A.C.J.

This case arises out of a civil action brought by Tradewell Group, Inc., against Craig A. Mavis and Mavis Foods, Inc., and Wedgwood Center Co., et al. Mavis appeals from the trial court's award of attorney fees and costs in favor of Wedgwood based on the doctrine of equitable indemnity. Wedgwood cross-appeals, contending that the trial court should have awarded additional costs against Mavis and Tradewell.
