The plaintiff in error, Ebb Wells, hereinafter called defendant, was, with A. J. Seimen, in-. formed against jointly for grand larceny, both of them con-., victed, and the defendant sentenced to be confined in the • •state reformatory at Granite, Okla., for a period of three years. To reverse the judgment rendered, he prosecutes this appeal.
