Porter, J.:

This was an action in ejectment for the possession of a lot in the city of Dexter, Cowley county. In a trial to the court the plaintiff had judgment. The defendant brings error. Each claims title under a different tax deed.

In 1890 the title to the lot was in J. H. Serviss.
