This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff E.I. du PONT de NEMOURS AND COMPANY’S (“DuPont”) MOTION TO STRIKE ERRATA SHEETS OF CERTAIN KOLON DEPONENTS (Docket No. 876). The motion seeks to strike errata sheets that make changes to the deposition testimony of two of Kolon’s witnesses, Su-Yong Noh (“Noh”) and Jong Tae Park (“Park”), who testified pursuant to Fed.R.
