ORDER AND REASONS

FELDMAN, District Judge.

Before the Court is plaintiffs motion to remand. For the reasons that follow, the motion is GRANTED.

Background

While employed at the International Matex Tank Terminal, it is claimed that Patrick Rivers was exposed to various toxic and carcinogenic chemicals. As a result, he is said to have developed acute myelogenous leu kemia, the disease that eventually led to his death.
