Complaint by the appellee against the appellants for an injunction and other relief. The following is the substance of the case made by the complaint:

On August 25th, 1871, the plaintiff, Hoop, and the defendant Spicer were the joint owners of a printing establishment in Shelbyville, and carried on the printing and publishing business, publishing a newspaper called the “ Shelby National *366Volunteer/7 and doing job printing.
