TERRY, Associate Judge:
Appellant served a writ of attachment on the federal agency responsible for disbursing appellee’s retirement pay, seeking enforcement of a consent order directing ap-pellee, her former husband, to pay child support and alimony. The trial court granted appellee’s motion to quash the writ on the ground that appellant’s claim was barred by laches. We agree with the trial court and appellee that laches is applicable generally to cases involving arrearages in court-ordered support payments, but we remand this case to afford the trial court a fresh opportunity to consider the…
