In an action by the assignee of a contract of employment to restrain a former employee of the assignor from violating the provisions of restrictive covenants in the contract, and for an accounting, the appeals are (1) from so much of an order entered May 23, 1958 as granted in part respondent’s motion for an injunction pendente lite and (2) from an order entered June 3, 1958 which denied appellant’s cross motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency pursuant to rule 112 of the Rules of Civil Practice.
