Robert Quesada challenges a district court’s order enforcing his Title VII settlement with his employer. We affirm.

I

In January 2011, Robert Quesada filed a Title VII discrimination suit against his employer, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. In July 2011, the district court entered a scheduling order that, among other things, required the parties to complete alternative dispute resolution.
