Action by appellant, owner of an electric street railway, to recover damages occasioned to it by the moving of a house along one of the streets-used by said company. The court found the facts specially, and stated a conclusion of law in appellees’ favor.

It appears from the findings that at the time of the alleged grievance, and for more than ten years prior thereto, appellant was operating an electric street railway system upon certain of the streets of the city of South Bend, by *323virtue of a contract with said city.
