This is an appeal by The First National Bank of Bluefíeld, a national banking association, from an order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, ignoring a jury verdict awarding the bank prejudgment interest in a contract action and granting the appellees a judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the prejudgment interest question.
