The Plaintiff William Charles Box (the “Plaintiff’) commenced this action pursuant to the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), challenging a final determination by Carolyn W. Colvin, the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”), that he was ineligible for Social Security disability benefits. Presently before the Court is the Commissioner’s motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Fed. R. Civ.P.”) 12(c).
