—Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered March 20, 1992 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent denying her application for disability retirement benefits.

As a result of an injury she received on November 2, 1983, petitioner’s employment was eventually terminated under Civil Service Law § 71 as of March 12, 1986.
