POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, John Joseph Heidler, III, appeals from the judgment of sentence dated October 14, 1997, in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County. Appellant questions: “Whether the [Appellant] had constructive possession of a firearm when the firearm was placed in his companion’s purse prior to arriving at the school?” Appellant’s brief, p. 1.
