EDWARDS, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Willie Morris appeals from the order of a District Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio affirming the Secretary’s denial of his claim for black lung benefits. We reverse and remand for payment of benefits.

Appellant is now 67 years old. It is undisputed on this record that he has a fourth grade education, that he worked in the coal mines for 23 years and subsequently was self-employed at a beer garden and pool hall between 1955 and 1969, after which he ceased all gainful employment.
