Regina Lee Bedget, an infant, instituted an action by Virginia Lee Bedget, her mother and next friend, against James Harvey Lewin to recover damages for injuries she suffered while a guest passenger in a vehicle driven by her father, R. G. Bedget, which collided with an automobile operated by Lewin. A trial was had on April 21 and 22, 1959, and at the conclusion of the evidence plaintiff moved the court for summary judgment on the issue of negligence, which motion was overruled.
