— This case is before the Court on Defendant’s Petition to Open Judgment. For the following reasons, we will deny the petition.

Factual and Procedural Background

Plaintiff HSBC Bank USA (“plaintiff’) commenced this action on April 8,2010, filing a complaint in mortgage foreclosure against Mid County Resources, Kim Hawley and Christopher Hawley. On September 6, 2011, the court entered an order granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment against Mid County Resources only (“defendant”).
