This is an appeal of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre.County denying appellant Richard Auman’s *177petition to vacate court orders issued on November 4, 1983 and October 30, 1984. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff-appellees filed a suit in equity against defendant-appellant’s father, seeking a right-of-way across appellant’s land.
