In this action, brought under the statute to determine adverse claims to real estate, three of the defendants are minors. A guardian ad litem for them was seasonably appointed, and the defendants, appearing by the same attorney, answered jointly. After the issues were made, the attorneys for the respective parties *55made a stipulation in writing that the action abide the event of another action, which had been tried in the district court, and was then pending on appeal in this court.
