Plaintiffs Monex Financial Services Ltd. (“Monex”) and Planet Payment, Inc. (“Planet Payment” and collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Defendant Nova Information Systems, Inc. (“Nova”) for breach of contract. Plaintiffs allege that contrary to their agreement, Nova failed to (1) use reasonable efforts to help Plaintiffs secure certain business and (2) continue certain revenue-share payments to Plaintiffs.
