This action for wrongful death originated in the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County, with Ivy C. Parnell, executrix of the estate of Perry D. Parnell, deceased, as plaintiff, and Joan Nellie Bell, as defendant. The action was brought for the benefit of Ivy C. Parnell, the surviving spouse of Perry D. Parnell. The parties will be referred to as the plaintiff and defendant in the same relation they appeared in the Common Pleas Court.
