From a judgment of the Essex County Court affirming an award made to the petitioner by the Workmen’s Compensation Division of the Department of Labor, Public Service took an appeal to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court and we have certified the appeal on our own motion.
On October 10, 1950, the petitioner filed a sworn claim petition with the Workmen’s Compensation Division alleging that on October 13, 1948, while driving a Public Service bus he suffered a stroke as the result of “a cerebral accident caused by a highway…
