Janet Macintosh Richard, as executrix of the Estate of Robert Donald Macintosh, petitioned the Superior Court of DeKalb County for an order compelling Motor Warehouse, Inc. (Motor Warehouse) to allow the Estate to inspect and copy records of Motor Warehouse. Richard’s petition also requested an award of the costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in obtaining the requested order.
