MULROONEY, Judge:

The appellant, having been tried by military judge, sitting as a special court-martial, stands convicted, consistent with his pleas, of six specifications of larceny, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921. The court-martial sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement for 100 days, forfeiture of $400.00 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to E-l.
