Plaintiff Grace Ford appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendants in this action to recover money damages for the destruction by fire of a building which she owned.

In 1965 Donald E. Jennings, d/b/a Grundy Vending Company, leased a commercial building in the City of Morris from plaintiff and her husband. The written lease specified that the building was to be occupied by lessee as a vending business only and that the premises were not to be sublet without the consent of the lessor.
