On a trial of this cause in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis on October 5, 1922, the jury found a verdict for the plaintiff on both counts of plaintiff's amended petition, with interest, in the total sum of $1672.62, against the St. Louis Transfer Company, but found for the other defendants, and from a judgment thereon the St. Louis Transfer Company appealed to the St. Louis Court of Appeals where the judgment was reversed.
