MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
REBECCA BEACH SMITH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth below, the court GRANTS the defendant’s motion.
I. Procedural History
On November 21, 2005, the plaintiff, Patricia Lashawn Wiggins (“Wiggins”)* filed a three-count complaint against her former employer, DaVita Tidewater, LLC (“DaVi-ta”).
