I. INTRODUCTION
This is a consolidated antitrust action brought by various plaintiffs 1 (collectively “plaintiffs”) against defendant Abbott Lab oratories (“Abbott”), and Fournier Indus-trie et Sante’ and Laboratories Fournier SA.
