I. INTRODUCTION

This hybrid Section 301 breach of contract/breach of duty of fair representation claim is presently before the Court on the Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiffs employer, Defendant United States Postal Service, and Plaintiffs union, Defendant American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO (the “APWU”).
