Appeal from Winneshiek District Court. ActioN to recover damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while in the employment of defendant, on the ground that the injuries were caused by the negligence of defendant. There was a judgment upon a verdict for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
