BROADWATER, District Judge.
The above styled matter is now before the Court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. 1 For the following reasons, the Court hereby GRANTS the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
