I am unable to concur in the views announced in the majority opinion.

This action involves a party wall. Plaintiff seeks to quiet title in and to a longitudinal 18-inch strip of land lying on the west side of lot 31, block 141, in the city of Duncan, which adjoins lot 30 on the east. The west boundary line of the 18-inch strip forms the dividing line between said lots, and the east boundary line of the strip coincides with the medial line of the wall.
