—In an action to foreclose upon a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), dated December 6, 1994, which denied its motion for summary judgment, and from an order of the same court, dated April 18, 1995, which denied its motion for reargument.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated April 18, 1995 is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,
Ordered that the order dated December 6, 1994, is affirmed; and it is further,
