Appellant, a Massachusetts corporation, brought this suit in equity against appellees, citizens of Oregon, to rescind an insurance policy whereby appellant had insured appellees against liability for damages on account of bodily injury to, death of, or damage to the property of, any person, resulting from the ownership, maintenance, or use of certain automobiles operated by appellees in their dairy business.
