The appellee brought this action against appellant in the county court of Quitman county on a promissory note for six hundred dollars, signed “O. & EL Kelly by Silas Kelly.” There was a trial'in the county court, resulting in a verdict and judgment for appellee, from which appellant appealed to the circuit court of Quit-man county, where the judgment of the county court was affirmed. From that judgment' of the circuit court appellant prosecutes this appeal.
