¶ 1. This case involves a dispute between Dr. Bertin C. Chevis and his insurance companies. Chevis purchased two sepa*189rate policies to cover his office building: (1) a named-perils policy from Mississippi Farm Bureau (Farm Bureau) that excluded windstorm damage and (2) a windstorm and hail damage policy from Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association (MWUA).
