In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rosenzweig, J.), dated September 5, 1989, which denied its motion for summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment is granted.
