In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of an oral promise to provide funds for the support of the plaintiff and her child, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), entered September 23, 1985, as granted those branches of the defendants’ cross motion which sought dismissal of the first, second and fourth causes of action asserted in her complaint.
