Plaintiff's action for breach of contract contained a prayer that process issue requiring the defendant to appear and answer the complaint in the Superior Court of Whitfield County, Ga., although the action was brought in the Superior Court of Murray County. The process issued was directed to the Sheriff of Whitfield County and required the defendant to appear in the superior court of that county.
