This consolidated action involves the question of the enforceability of a contract for the financing of litigation in exchange for a divi sion of the final proceeds. 1 The underlying litigation has now been completed, and the parties have both filed suit seeking to litigate the enforceability of the agreement, which both parties agree calls for Paul S.
